Terrence Harper, Family Support Services Manager at Fathers and Families Center, helps couples to improve their relationship skills in an effort to improve the well-being and stability for their children.

Harper is a graduate of Ball State University and holds a Masters of Divinity degree from Oral Roberts University. While at Balls State he founded the campus organization, Intra-Denominational, where he was the president. In 1998 he founded and served as a pastor for the Family Outreach Center Church. The church was converted to a 501(c)(3) counseling outreach ministry for alcohol, drug and mental health services in 2003. Harper continues to serve in a local church where he follows up with new members and tracks their needs, concerns and participation in the ministry. He has been married for more than 20 years and has two sons.

“My goal is to inspire and motivate fathers and couples to do what they don’t want to do in order to become parents that they desire to be. This will serve to impact their children and perpetuate a positive legacy for generations.”
